HAPPY HALLOWEEN !!!

31st October...last day of the month.....

Nothing much to blog abt at work anymore... doing the same old boring stuff..
anyway, supposed to meet Ming, Binny and Ade after work for KTV session. I knock off at 5pm. They said (ming and binny) will meet me when i'm done with work. I reached orchard and i had to wait at least 1/2 hr for hte both of them -.-'''' Luckily i bought mingpao on the way.... otherwise bored and tired till death!!!!!
Oh yahh....binny and ming...we forgot to go the the "tong tong" machine !!!! sadzzz
Ade came pretty quickily and we wnet to LJ for dinner....got the party set and we all shared. The fish hmm...i still dun really like it. Prefer the chicken ^.^ oh and we got a huge bottle of F&N cherry. geezz....and we finished it !!! thanks to the great drinkers (not me)....
Headed straight to Partyworld at 7pm so that we wun lugi...hahaha....public hol eve, go where do wad also expensive !!!
Well, ade and binny went straight to the toilet ...hahaha....so left me and ming ... i started with Mi's song since Ming's SHE songs can't be sang alone and needed her to enter more songs.... To my horror, she inserted 3 Mi songs for me....and the 眉飞色舞 was shitty...the words and music dun match !!! Had to like sing from memory....ARGHHZZ !!! LOUSY !!!!
After 2 hrs...the smell of cigerette smoke started to fill our room and i was practically choking on it. I hate smoke and it irritates my eyes and throat...as a result, i had to stop singing and felt like sleeping .... But after eating my grapes and getting entertained by the other 3, i started to feel the ktv mood again....HAHAHAHA....
Well, the last part was the best la....super HIGH HIGH HIGH !!! all the fast songs and we were singing on top of our lungs!!! Hope i dun lose my voice after all teh shouting !!! But it was damn enjoyable !!!!! ^===^
After our session, we saw ppl on the streets all dressed up for halloween !!! So cool !!! Next yr it'll be our turn yeah?? No more ktv for halloween....DRESS UP PARTY !!!!

p/s Partyworld is better than kbox....got newer songs....slighter really slightly cheaper. But the toilets really CMI !!! can they please do something abt it ...ohh...the smoke also CMI la !! Bad ventilation !!!!

"Sleepover" @ Waterina on a Saturday Night

Morning went for facial....bad skin i have now...thanks to sitting under the freaking cold aircon in the office...dried skin with pimples....how worse can it get ...goshhh
Ming came at around 3plus 4.... and we started singing K. Oh man...only 3 S.H.E vcds but enough to kill.... practically played and forwarded every song on the 4 vcds... =.=''''' And i only know how to sing 1 or 2 from each...HAHAHAHA
when i played Mi's vcd, damn....she doesn't know any =.=''''' so i only like sang 1/2 a Mi song and tt's about it....
Ade came by at about 6 plus 7....sat a while, commented that it's her 1st time seeing my 3/4 furnished place....lol den we changed and set off to Parkway for dinner @ Fish n Co. Binny finally came at around almost 8pm. Goshh...ade and i were so famished !!! Food taste sooo good and both of us actually mananged to finish everything on the plates !!!
After dinner, walked around Isetan...but like nothing much...so headed to Watsons to help ming buy basic makeup stuff....and OMG...the bill $96.10 *faintz* Strolled up to GIANT, and we bought our hoegardens....
Wanted to take cab back...but geezz.... so many ppl all flagging for cab !!! -.-'''' Reached home, 1st thing we did was play scrabble...LOL online scrabble not good enough...muz play the real thing. Before i could finish the game, i was asked to take my shower. When i returned, they were playing cards...and ade went to bathe...goshh...during this time...the worst thing binny could say was that I ALSO HAVE WRINKLES !!! WTH... she have herself can le....dun push me in too manz !!! After ming showered also....we finally went to take out our chilled hoegardens.
Nothing interesting on TV also...just eat and talk rubbish and take some photos. That's abt it ....
Binny had to go home coz monday still got exam...she studies in the wee hours of the morning. LOL... think she reach home nearly 2 plus.
Supposed to be watching movies that ade brought over. But my stupid laptop and desktop dun knwo wad happened...had to d/l some other program to watch...den end up the 2 of them KO before anything else could happened. So left me watching Valiant and Drink, Drank, Drunk.
Next morning, went outside to eat kuay chap, drink ice milo and eat beancurd. LoL.. so full that i skipped lunch !!! But was sooo tired that i went back to sleep again for another 1-2 hrs...LOL
We nid more sleepovers girls !!! But perhaps when my place is more fully equipped !!! Love being with them !!!! ^===^

I fell asleep somewhere during the transition part....goshh....it was sooooooooo slowwwwwwww... worse than ER !!!!! Pris said that i kept having the "I AM GONNA FALL ASLEEP" look every now and then. LOL ... well, it was KINDA touching towards the end... but not good enough to make me tear... Pris also noted that ppl around were having the "bored" looks ...hahaha
Won't recommend it ....hahaha... Wait till u're older was wayyyyy betterrrrr !!!!!!

gonna be on half day leave tmr !!! Gonna have lunch with ah yi, granny and mum.... it's ah yi's birthday !!! ^.^

It's FINALLY MINE !!!

I am proud to announce that 1 of the SE w800i belongs to me officially !!!! I said goodbye to my samsung v200 which dutifully served me for slightly more than 2 yrs.... i wonder if i'll miss it.... Anyway, back to w800i...i love it !!!! looks coolll...especially the orange part of it... but i wonder if i will be able to keep it clean for long...LOL
Rip told me that in time to come, i will realise that SE phones are the best compared to all other phones...LOL... i shall explore my new phone....but for now... all i know is how to make calls and sms...and prob taking a pic too..hahahah...

Even though i didn't practice guitar for today...coz i was bz clearing the phone memory of my samsung... i enjoyed my lesson today ^.^ Could sight read...and Ms Tey thought the piece was difficult...but turned out we played thru it pretty quickly...managed to go thru 3 times and we spent quite a long time talking again today =p

oh well...they had NKF body checkup today. Becoz 2 ppl were on leave, they asked if i wanted to go for it...but i declined the offer. Dare not see the ht and wt and the amt of body fats i have man... -.-'''' i think the person would most prob tell me i have to go on diet straight away or stop eating and like exercise everyday or something...

I started on the new pile of entries today.... so many mistakes and confusing parts that i kept going out to find my mentor. I nver walked sooo many trips before and she ended up saying ..."小姐。。。有有事啊?" LOL... she's gonna be on leave tmr... and i'm gonna have a good time online again...wahaha....
Today i went to sbs and used IM so much that i kinda forgot i was supposed to be working !!! LOL ... but that really kept me awake !!! 2 more ppl joined my sleepy gang...hahhaa..ding jie and rip !!! think tmr history will repeat itself and i'll be having fun online !!

Dark Sky...

10th day @ work
Got my free latte today =) heehe...drank it really slowly today....
i finished the stack of data entries which were given to me...but i was given another huge stack to do after that *sighh* when will i get to try editing ??? =(
The only good thing was when my mentor passed me the other stack, it was about 4.20pm. She told me i could start keying data tmr !!!! Which meant i had nearly 40mins of free time...and all i did was talk to the ppl around me and chat with Suen and Ding ding =) If only everyday also got 40 mins of freee time...

The most memorable thing that happened today....at around 3pm, the sky started to darken. It has been raining almost everyday and it always gives us that sleepy feeling .... L commented that the sky last week was even darker... we all went back to our work... suddenly i looked up... i was shocked.... the sky was really really really dark !!!! We all looked out ....it could only turn darker...and soon we couldn't even see the buildings opposite....it was pitch dark outside !!! Pretty scary.... Felt as if it was night time. i was being crappy...i suddenly said: "Looks like we have all been veyr hardworking today...all doing OT until 3am...LOL... sun going to rise soon...tmr all no nid work le... coz we OT so long today" Stupid it may sound, but it brought about conversation and laughter in that dead room of ours.... hahaha....
I wonder if it was the same in the other parts on SG.... Of course it was raining cats and dogs for a good half hour !!

It suddenly dawned on me when i was on the bus with mum... we were talking about the dark sky we both saw. And this thought juz came.... what happens if that dark sky was meant to be a "tsunami-like" thingy... 1 swipe and whole of SG will be gone.... Will the world end this way ???

Monday Blue ??

9th day @ work....
Decided to go back to Starbucks to pamper myself on a monday.... Stepped into starbucks, greeted by the ever-smiling crew... i asked for my tall latte...and they said...counter breakdown... only got tea and coffee of hte day. The girl let me try a bit first ...OMG...black and bitter and sugarless and milkless coffeee...*gulp* But i still settled for that brew...she added milk and sugar for me la...not so expert in drinking black coffee !!! Oh...and they gave me a voucher to get a free lattee tmr !!! So I can go back there again and the latte will be on-the-house !!! =)

Well, today another lady came to join us in our room... She came in with me when i started work. She sat outside all these while...now that the original owner of that seat is back, she's come to join us. She's called S. =p Nothing much to say...juz that she has also joined the sleepy gang !!! She nearly dozed off while doing her stuff....her work is even worse !! checking addresses -.-''''

Hmm...today only 2 guys in office...double D...lol...before i forget, there's 1 more guy sitting behind me...name also start with D...apparently is the office 大哥. But i dun really like him...like so yaya papaya !!! Whole day asking ppl do things and speaks as if he's that BIG....-.-'''' Shall call him bigD.

D today intro more food to us...LOL... 琵琶 duck ...blk2020 @ ubi...lol... cheap and good. $17 for hte duckie... honey glazed...*Droolz* But the setback came...since it's a whole saler, only open during weekdays and muz go before 2pm. Oh man...no way am i gonna take 1/2 day leave juz to buy a stupid duckie -.-'''

Lunched in today...brought my own tuna sandwich and a big red tomato ...*yummy* tastes so much better than the food in the cafeteria...D and sister V, came back early and saw me eating tomato and thought i want to become 仙女. LoL... it is also then that i realise that attitude in office is very impt !!! There's this other temp staff, also came in same time as me... V was supposed to bring her around...somehow became lunch partners too. But V said she got attitude prob....doesn't smile and greet other ppl...so the perm staff dun really like her. V didn want to get too close to her anymore...afraid of being influenced by her attitude...lol...so she's a declared loner now !!

I felt myself being more efficient today... i wonder why...didn't feel sleepy as many times as last week... did more entries today..even had time to do some sudoku puzzles and chat ....LOL....

Looking fwd to my nice latte and hopefully can work as well as today...

Time just passes sooooo quickly when u dun wan it to....

Time during weekdays crawls like a snail....it seems as if it never moves....it's such a chore!!

Time = 8.30am, i have to start work....

Time = 12.30pm, finally it's half a day... time for lunch...

Time = 5pm on weekdays, bobble is a happy girl....

Time after 5pm passes so quickily again....

Before i know it, i have to sleep....and my routine weekday starts again....*sighhh*

This qn has actually been in my mind for a very very long time since i was young.
Why do people love to slurp their food so loudly???

I deeply remember during my primary skool days..maybe P3 or P4, my form teacher...she's a Eurasian...(she's the most fierce teacher i ever had...will NEVER forget her !!! Am i right dotty ??)... she once told us not to eat our food or drink soup with so much noise....she said it sounds like a PIG !!! We should be more refined...LOL
From then onwards, i have been trying to eat in a more refined way...

I guess it's all about culture...dun remember if someone told me or i watched/read somewhere, in Japan, the louder u slurp, it would mean u are really enjoying ur food !!!!

In Western countries, i dun think i've seen anyone slurping their food/soup. It's so weird and awful when u have Asians going to the restaurants, and u hear them eating the Asian way. Remember when i was in Europe, i had the "pleasure" of dining with the older folks when we had our Florentine steak...gosh...i felt like digging a hole...the other side of the restaurant, there were well-dressed and elegant caucasians....on my side, we didn't dress that well coz it was after a day of touring...and ppl i sat with were just slurping their entree soup...-.-''''' That romantic ambience was totally destroyed !!!

Hmm....so wad's the correct way of eating? Maybe my teacher was a Eurasian, so tt's how she taught us. Is there an Asian style and a Western style of eating ????

Lazy Friday

9th day @ work...it's a friday...a lazy friday (which explains a decrease in efficiency...work + chat + sudoku from TODAY)...welcoming the weekend which i know will pass so quickly without me knowing ....haihhz
Woke up this morning still feeling the muscle ache at my calf...last nite, while shopping, i had a terrible cramp....i was standing and balanced only on 1 foot. i couldn't move at all...felt as if i was blocking the way...but i couldn't care much...it was hurting too much !!! it was until a while then i could start walking again. Limped and hobbled to work and to and fro the toilet and to the cafe to get coffee and lunch....nobody offered help today =(
Nothing really exciting happened today... didn't feel sleepy in the morning though...haha...was doing work and chatting with piggy and suen =) N was on leave today....so the room seemed a lil quiet...and someone commented that when N is not around, he didn't have tidbits to go thru the day...LOL...i think i snack less now...but the size is till the same -.-''''
Ocassionally, all of us would gather for a mini-break and start talking. usually juz some nonsensical stuff or real gossipy things...hahaha...oh...and food...(binny will love being there..hehe). L is really skinny for a guy...they told me that S once said he looked like someone who 带白粉. LOL...den D added...can also look like ppl who 抽鸦片. Poor guy...hahaha... D was telling him wad to eat to gain weight etc...but L is just like binny....eat how much also wun fat de...haihhz.... so envious. We named D 食神....he speaks as if he has eaten almost eveywhere and knows where to find good food...LOL
ACtually nothing really exciting happened today...quite a 风平浪静 day. Except that after lunch, we all felt sleepy again...nothing new... so tired....lunch was awful...dun knwo how they can survive....$2 for chicken rice is cheap...but hte rice not nice >.< Piggy...pls deliver lunch !!! =p Oh during lunch, a perm staff came in and tried to use 1 of our comps...but the smart guy locked his pc...wahhaahha...so they do do random checks :S

Perhaps the more unusual thing that happened was....D fell asleep...wahahhaha...i saw when i walked out...he was holding the mousie...=p Then L walked in, saw him, called him..but he continued ZzZzzz...LoL...i heard some creakkking sound...the office chairs are lousy...those that they give the temp staff ...so u move a bit sometimes can hear a sound...lol...i looked up and found him still dozing off =p Luckily no perm staff walk in !!!! otherwise....i dare not think wad will happen also =p He woke up after a while, then went to take biscuits...hahaha...ask us if we wanted also...LOL... L and I didn't eat....hahah...no snacking !!! but sweets can't be helped.... keeps me awake SOMETIMES.
The sun was up today after work...so tempted to go for a swim !!! The past few days rain rain rain...but when the sun is out, i can't swim !!! stupid...why suddenly have cramp ?? Anyone has a cramp relief remedy besides taking medicine ???

N and I had lunch in together...talked quite a bit...got to know her a lil more...she's much older... but quite nice...she offered her fav chocs to everyone a few times ^.^
But somehow...there was a sleepy spell in the air today. All of us were soooo tired... N kept walking to the front to take food !!! and i thought she had a hefty lunch... :s
End up, N went to make her fav milo, D went to buy kopi again, L started walking around and I continued talking to piggy...LOL

That's about all that happened at work...

Went down to centrepoint today becoz there was a members' night special. We usually only go to the ones held at Raffles city... 6.30pm was the start of the event. I read on the invitation card that goodie bags were gonna be give to 1st 1000 ppl. Reached at around 5.45pm... OMG....i couldn't believe my eyes....the queue to go in was damn freaking long !!! it muz be the goodie bag becoz d previous events nvr had queues!!!! Gosh...S'poreans..why so freee ??
Quite impressed with the event though...the theme was Ladies' night out and Men's night in. LOL...so there were no men in Robinsons except those on duty! Everyone was given a stalk of rose....and i couldn't be bothered to queue so once mum came, i told her to go up 2nd lvl....went in so easily !!! Saw ppl queuing inside again -.-''' more freebies...but nid some redemption card. So we went downstairs and got the roses + redemption cards + 1 goodie bag. Some ppl are sooo ks that they ask for so many redemption cards -.-''' Oh..there were even ppl who queued just for hte goodie bag and left immediately. (really really bo liao)
I was also impressed coz they offered cocktails and small snacks...made an effort to do up the place a lil... even hired models for fashion show (they are flown in from some caucasian countries) and all the redepmtion stuff... all good stuff !!! Not easy to shop as we were distracted by the fashion show, the redemptions and the long queues at the fitting rooms !!!
What put me totally off was the S'porean attitude !! There was this queue for some keychain. They stopped redemption so that the fashion show could go on...this grp of aunties complained saying why reach them then stop -.-'''' the girls kept their stuff to get ready and the aunties juz bugged them. When the aunties saw the boxes in the girls' hands, they actually ran after them for it !!! -.-'''' WTH..why so hardup....juz a key chain !!!! And even when no redepmtion was going on, the aunties juz queued at hte empty table. They were asked to make way for the fashion show...but refused to move an inch !!
It was crowded....i was stuck somewhere in a queue. Then this rude auntie came pushing her way thru behind me, and used her hand to push me forward to make space. Natural instinct "HEY!!" then she continued pushing, stared at me and shouted, "HEY WHAT". WTF... she was such a bitch !! So wad if she was carring an LV bag ? big deal...if she's so loaded, dun go squeezing !! I wanted to scold her back...so pissed off...but i decided to keep my poise. Boiling mad inside...if i scolded her...i'd make her cry !!!
Had some buys... for work..mum bought expensive shoes -.-''' and managed to find a pressie for my aunt =)
Geezz...why are s'poreans like this....all the aunties....-.-''' i hope and i will make sure i nvr become one !!!!!!!

Big Discovery !!!!

7th day @ work and discovered something BIG !!!!!
wahahahhaa... I DO HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION afterall....hehhe....
here's how it goes....today during lunch, i ate in again... finished quite quickly...den i decided to "steal" an unconnected lan cable to try out...Actually, under every table, there's a LAN connection...but mine...i saw no cable there... I was puzzled becoz how come i can't surf the net but can do data entry ??? coz the data entry is done online...hmm...
So detective bobble started investigation...lol...and realised that i had a cable and it was connected to another plug right in front...so confusing !!! thank goodness i wasn't untangled by the unsightly cables >.<
But....i still couldn't surf the net !!! the error msg of "the page cannot be displayed" appears every time. I was dejected once again...
After lunch, i decided to open my golden mouth to ask the guy behind me if he could surf (he obviously could coz i've seen him doing that) and asked for his settings... goshh...it was all the proxy stuff that was playing devil all along !!!! At first that guy didn't knwo wad i wanted...lol... shows he doesn't really surf the net ?? hehe...
So after correcting the settings, VIOLA !!! i could surf the net !!! But...i couldn't do data entry -.-''' So it's either NET or WORK. damnz... i wasn't gonna stop there....so i spent time fiddling neglecting work since everyone was doing their own stuff instead of work ! Somehow i managed to change something and NOW I CAN WORK AND SURF !!! YAY !!!!! my days ain't gonna be that bad from tmr onwards ^.^ oh... and i helped this other guy change his settings so that he can surf and work too....(gosh...they have been there for a much longer time than me and they left the mystery unsolved till today !!! *faintz*)

The most random thing happened today....my seat happens to be near the window... nearing lunch time, this guy walked over peering out the window for a weather forecast to see if they should go to Far East for lunch. Then he suddenly asked me something which was sooooo RANDOM that i was totally taken aback.

Disappointed !!!

Sammi and ER didn't even get a single nomination in the Golden Horse Awards... WHY WHY WHYYYY !!!!!!!!!!!!
I thought the ER team deserved to get nominated... tt's beside the point that i luv Mi... abstract it might have been.... but to me, it was still good in certain areas especially the beginning and qiyao's reunion with lili. Was talking to Alvin, he watched ER when he was in HK and he said it was good and that Mi did improve in her acting !!!! He's not a Mi fan...and he wouldn't say it was not bad just to please me....LOL...coz he hates Joey even though i like her tooo!!!!
Goshh...what on earth happened behind the judging panel ??? Even Andy Lau's didn't get nominated !!!!! That was another good movie...aarrghhhzzz.... 天理何在 >.<
Shall not list out the nomineess...fishy and disappointing list.....darn it !!!!
SBS is down...not able to communicate with Mi at all... i hope she takes it fine coz she said in an interview that she was confident of at least a nomination but wasn't having high hopes for an award.... geezz.... I'm sure the HK reporters are gonna start wagging their tongues... they never ever let Mi off the hook !!! DRATSSSSSSSSS
Why must the day end badly....=(

Some are wondering if i will blog for as long as i work...well, today's the 6th day !!! hahhaa... i finally finished the set of data entries which were given to me a week ago... i happily gave it back to my mentor hoping for something new to do...to my horror, it's another stack of data entry... -.-'''' This time round, i dun even fold letters or stamp envelopes...gosh....how long more muz i do this ????????
Stayed in for lunch...bought some food back...not very nice as usual, so didn't finish everything. By the time i ended work, i was hungry !!!! I sinfully ate a curry puff, thinking i could go for a swim when i reached home. But darn...it rained on the way back and the weather was not suitable at all...swimming postponed again....
I am tired....feeling restless....hopefully will head to bed soon...nights of only 4 hrs of sleep is getting intolerable !!!

Piggy sms-ed me... haha... the 2 sleepy pigs.... that helped a lil to pry my eyes open the whole morning .... den nearly 11.30am, i decided that i wasn't hungry and didn't feel like having lunch. The other temp staff went together, while i stayed back for a while more...before going down to the cafe to get some milk and the newpaper....so the newpaper was my companion during lunch. Actually the past 4 days @ work, i also didn't feel like eating...but i still did but never finshed the meal...wonder izzit becoz of the food or izzit just me.... am i falling sick ?? mum had a fever juz last wk...hope i didn't catch the bug !!!!!
The place where i'm sitting is horrible....1st no LAN CABLE...2nd the place is freaking cold !!!!
The only things that keep me going is my mp3 player and the boring games in the winXP...arrghhzz...

Cousin KY came back from NY about 1-2 wks ago....she's gonna be flying again to London next saturday.... this cousin of mine is damn smart la... high flyer but poor girl...looks so tired... drowned in all her work.
I asked her to help me buy H20+ products from NY if they were cheaper...and she came back with all 4 bottles =) There goes my money without having any income yet ... LOL She dropped by for lunch, talked a bit and helped out with hte jig-saw.
I was running 10-15mins late to meet Vii and Yung for movie (didn't expect KY to come today)...watched 蓝宇 by Director Stanley Kwan...my 1st RA move though...hehe...Well, besides having seen the nude men(not really shocking coz expected), the relationship btw 2 men was something new to me. I felt this movie was better than ER in terms of plot. At least i could understand what was going on. Like i read from some reviews, if u juz treat them as having a heterosexual r/s, it's juz like any normal r/s. But i dun understand why muz it be a tragedy again....why did Lan Yu have to die ??? Enjoyed the night very much with them....had so much laughter and fun there. Nothing beats having a good laugh and good company!!! All the jokes and talks about TVB serials....LOL... So glad to have known them all becoz of ah Mi !!!! =)

p/s: Just used my new mask...feels good !!! i wonder if the overnight perfecting peel works... Hope to see some effects and make my money well-spent !!!!

Coz i definitely do more than 15 rows.... the dozing off didn't really affect me.....wahahahahhaa

Think really not enough sleep....i came home, mum was home (on MC), then she asked me help in jigsaw...LOL....fitted quite a few pieces before dinner. Tried again after dinner....and i actually fell asleep after a while...goshh...so this explains why msn and sms no reply....
I was wide awake after 1am...watched Mi's interview with Sandray and Sammy... gosh.... totally hiliarious !!!!! Poor Mi getting bombed by Sandra's Qns on On jai... but i liked seeing her happily laughing =) And Mi actually sent Sandra a 7 page diet formula...i asked her for it...i wonder if Mi will send it to me...Mi laughed at me thinking that i wouldn't be able to endure !!!! Oh goshh....

3rd day @ work....even more boring today... coz i had to change seat. The comp i used for the past 2 days had to be given back to the guy who came back to work today.
Any comp is fine actually. BUT it's sooo shitty...i couldn't get connected to the internet at all...then i realised... NO LAN CABLE !!! WTH....*faintz* Past 2 days i could 偷偷摸摸 surf... now want to 偷偷摸摸 also cannot !!!! How can they expect employees to do work hte whole day without any "distraction". The guy beside me had a LAN cable...and i was watching him surf with great envy !!! shitttyyy
And there was this auntie who barged into the room with someone saying..."这里的电话是 office 用的。If 有人用电话 for personal calls，u all can tell the officer" WTH...pls lor...as if they dun use their phones for personal reasons...which i think they do all the time...
I wasn't sleepy in the morning ....but i survived the day thanks to dear piggy who sms-ed me throughout the whole day !!!! I think i still dozed off every now and then after lunch...could see like 2-3 images of the same number :s I'm still hanging on data entry... and nobody likes bobble...i'm still all alone.....=(
This office makes me feel even more lathargic than staying at home. I dun feel my brain moving. It's juz looking and keying in numbers 0-9. Sitting there after lunch and feeling that i'm getting fatter and dozing off....I browsed thru some others blogs...found them enjoying their perm work.... having DnDs, games etc.. *envious* I knew that i would be motivated to find a proper job soon after starting this....i dun wanna grow old and die there (quote from ming).
As i told pris, i'm a happy girl only after 5pm... indeed today was great after 5pm. Went to watch Peter Pan with ah yi @ Esplanade and actually bumped into cousin KY there....hehehe... I love Peter Pan !!! He is soooo cute and handsome....hahaha....although he's only in year8....i really feel he's soooooo goood !!!! His voice, actions, singing etc...really wow-ed me. I can't remember the exact quote...but it goes something like..."U have to believe in order to live" hmm...sounds a bit weird though....but Peter was saying it to Cap. Hook...telling him he has to believe in fairies in order for neverland and him to live....But i took it in another way... I have to believe in myself so that i can achieve what i want too....hmm...
Ah yi was hungry after Peter Pan...thai express was disappointing....went to Menolti (?? forgot the spelling..??). I had some dessert...*drool* the gelato cake was damn good..but i had no camera to take pic....i'm going back there someday !!! =)

Just another boring day

2nd day @ work... i thought i was running a lil late... we left house only at 7.45am...reached city hall slightly after 8am...den i still go buy my starbucks lattee...coz i was really sleepy...cannot make it lor...den still go pour the sugar and stir....reach the station, the train say byebye...muz wait 5 mins.... but luckily still in time !!! wahahhahaa....coz the rest all haven come =p
I took back the big big pieces/stack of papers from supervisor and went back into the "room" where most of the temp ppl are. Then asked me change seat coz tell me the seat they asked me to sit actually has someone there. Change comp lor....i also can't be really bothered... as long as got chair to sit and a comp. But the stupid comp dun have the date entry program. Then found out the person today still on leave, so i shift back lor.... -.-''' So i started my boring day once again by punching numbers...but today with my latte. I think i drank too slowly...not much effect today.
I saw this guy having a earphone piece and i bet he muz be listening to songs...so i also follow suit...whahahaha... but i listened to Mi's old songs...which were kinda like oldies kind...maybe that was part of the catalyst that made me feel sleepy...

1st day of work

Hmm... dun be too happy....it's only the 1st day of my temp job...not a proper job yet. Reported at 8.30am...i grabbed a Starbucks ice latte on the way...goshh...i think that helped me survive quite a few hours !!! LOL
Sat down listened to some rattling and filled in some forms....before the 3 newbies were led to our respective supervisors... hmm...i guess my supervisor is quite nice la... she saw the comp screen shield so dirty, she went to take newspaper and cloth to help me clean =) Then had a mini-orientation of the office... but WTH...i have to walk such a huge round to the pantry such that the whole office knows i'm walking there...and the toilet ....WTF....still muz take stairs 1 floor down and climb back up ....-.-''''

Didn't finish them obviously and bought a slice of watermelon and a banana up. The banana was awful too... too raw.... yuckkyyyy....

Day filled with ABSOLUTE FUN !!!

Went to SingPost to meet ming and bin for lunch...luckily dad came home and gave me a lift out... the sun was soooo hot !!! -.-''' Late late late...wahhaahha...but binny the latest...=p Ming and me went NTUC first but Singpost NTUC quite limited... When bin finally appeared...she still went post office when ming and i were both starving !!! We settled for delifrance lunch before heading back to my place.
Bin came armed with all her makeup stuff. I learnt how to curl eyelashes and put mascara while ming did a full basic makeup...wahhahahaha...this was hte best time we had.... "Xu Chun Mei @ Waterina" That was totally hiliarous !!!! I was holding d cam, bin was reporter and of course u can guess who our Xu Chun Mei was...LoL...
Went to dip in the pool and the jacuzzi....3 weeks of not swimming, i was panting like mad after 1 lap -.-''' i nid more exercise man...we had fun there too....ming and bin apparently haven swam since J1...long long time ago....well, all our stamina dropped...no good....especially me !!!
Ming and bin supposed to help me do the jigsaw...lol...the 2 claimed experts !!! then hui finally came !!! HMBC reunion !!! Hui still thought my other friends would be around. But it's only when the 4 of us are alone that we can go really crazy !!!! Ordered pizza for dinner...we had free cheese sticks since they delievered the wrong order to us !!!!
Well, my jigsaw is starting to see some shape and light after all of 4 sat down...with ming and bin doing most of the hard work...LOL... my pieces were there but it was ming who saw the link and pieced them together... she also did the most difficult part !!! wohoooo~~ binny also good...did the faces of the more visible men...hahahha...so when are u guys coming back to finsh it up ??? hehehhe....

How he helped his family and gf's family get back into shape after his death..Not realistic but a very touching piece of work by DS.
Hardly ever teared so much after reading a book...

Emergency Outing

hmm...ok... long time no blog. I haven't been on my own blogspot since my bday!! LoL... Everyone else has been bloggin except me.
Emergency outing.... why ?? Becoz Ming needed clothes for a engagment party on saturday. hahaha... So out we went to orchard. Talking about getting fat... supposed to eat healthy... but ended up at Ajisen coz they were having some promotion. But the person who said eat healthy apparently had the more unhealthy meal...prawn mayo (not me!!) and we shared fried tofu (special offer also).
After eating, started walking around. Escalator at Tangs was under repair...sick...had to climb the escalator up!!! Oh...it was also this time that i received 2 phone calls from DOS, informing me that i start my temp job next week. *sigh* No more freedom... no more late nights.... no more sleep-ins... gosh....how will i get used to that lifestyle again. :( So here i am now enjoying the night and blogging...
We walked around Tangs looking at wallets (for my bday pressie) and the whole level of clothes. Walked through every section, but couldn't really find very nice stuff. Well, at least not to my liking la. hahhaa...i'm picky !!! So we proceeded to Paragon Metro. Lotsa clothes tooo... saw many shirts....haha... but i didn't try coz din wan tempt myself. Mum not around, no metro card and i'm really pok kai la...Walked quite many rounds before we found something that was pleasing to our eyes.... so ming bought both the top and skirt =) Looks not bad .... hope she really likes it la.
Legs tired after nearly 2-3 hrs of walking, sat at Macs to rest and have a drink and an ice cream for me. hehe...talking about losing weight !!! WTH ....wahahhaha.... i haven't been heading for hte pool for 2 weeks ?? everyday also going out....by the time i get back, juz wanna sit and not move anywhere.
After that, walked to Charles & Keith... i was looking for proper footwear for work... dun intend to wear my precious boots everyday to DOS -.-'''' But like nothing really caught my eye... *sigh* have to look around again.
We went home for dinner...after which went to Parkway to buy jigsaw puzzle coz my mum thought today last day for some promotion. So now the puzzle is at home and i'm waiting for my expert friends to help me. But i may juz start off first tmr...hahaha....
Oh yes...last night helped binny with 2 super shitty qns for her project. I was stuck la...she asked me to crap as much as i can. Well, i did crap la... points are there but it's how to go about writing. I thought it was totally shitty which binny would end up having to change it totally. But to my surprise, she told me my crap was good crap. Really amazed !!! Didn't know i still had the flare for writing after leaving uni for a few months...LoL
