Another mini-celebration

Met up with my AW mates today for lunch... out of 6, there were only 4 of us. Irene, Ronald, Rajiv and me. But i still had a good time.

We had Swensen's for lunch.... and it was a treat for Rajiv and me from IRene... haha... Ronald had to pay =p Didn't know it was Rajiv's bday today !!! ^_^ Since it was our bdays, we had free bday ice-cream.... shared mine with Irene... heee... More of a catching up and talking session...

Thought of going to catch up on sleep... but like so wasted to go home after going to town. Since no special plans, went to Borders with Irene... book browsing... Realised that i haven been touching books for a SUPER LONG time and that there are many good bks out there. But then... no money la... broke.. haha... no buy =p But, should be getting a book from Irene soon after she gets it back from her senior =)

Then we walked around... looking for Singtel and M1 coz she wants to change her phone... haha... her most impt criteria is VOICE CLARITY... but nowadays like nobody emphasizes on that. She might get the K800i afterall. =)

Great time spent together ! It was good la... get to know each other a bit more... Our grp hopes to meet up once every month or so .... =) Let's hope we can do it ! Haha... Rajiv would love to have it somewhere with DRINKS.... drinks meaning alcoholic drinks .... tsk tsk...

p/s: the best stuff i heard this wkend... haha... My cousin couldn't recognise me at first yday... coz she said me lost quite a bit of weight since she last saw me. HAHA... My long time no see frends also said me lost weight... and HAHA.. today Irene said when she looked at me, she thinks i lost some too since perhaps 3-4 wks ago... Arms smaller (YAY !!) !!!!!

23 September 2006.... 23rd Bday =D

Many groups of friends.... but limited number of people i can invite...
The final list... my HMBC JC gang and my uni friends.

Preparation started early... in fact shopping started since last week!!!

It's also one of the rare moments i'd pack up my room heee... (larling ade will know the diff... haha... the proportion of empty spaces available =p)

Wonderful parents who helped me with almost everything !!! Even though my mum wasn't feeling that well, she did so much !!! Dad who ran most of the errands. Really appreciate them.

My granny and aunt who love me alot too... without fail... appearing to celebrate my bday with me every year =D

Very thankful and appreciate larling ade for coming down early to help out =) thanks dearieee

Ming ming for helping me with some last min shopping... and hers and binny's help with the fishies (those that killed steve irwin) and the snacks =)

Lastly, all my other friends who took the effort and time off to come over. Their presence was indeed enjoyable. It was kinda gathering for all of us too... haven't met up for a long long time. Exept M.A.C ....hehe... still meeting up every now and then ^_^

Night ended with a movie ... DVD which i never touched since i brought back from Penang... heeee

Enjoyed myself... meeting up with everyone again... Creating a new experiences with the people i know. Loved the card filled with love and well-wishes and my 2 crumpler bags... tsk tsk...

Also... million thanks to all the well-wishes via sms !!! Thanks guys !!!

Sick for 2 weeks

All started with a sore throat... perhaps from Basic Training...

Sore throat.... leads to a bad cough.... and blocked nose....

Nose starts running on the threadmill.... lolx

Blocked ears....

More cough.... for 2 weeks....

And finally today... FEVER !!! the highest temp so far.... 38.6 degrees !!! scary ehh....

Well, doc said i'm infectious... lolx... so MC for 2 days and he was like of course a BIG NO to physical activites !!! so no PT for exactly 1 week ! (ade said me really good at stretching my PT =p *shyz*)

Down with gastic flu.... T-T

So far... 7 packs of tablets and 2 bottles of syrups.... how disgusting can it get...
And my taste buds are just gone... there's this really weird taste in my mouth now...

In denial... dreadful...

Ever since the new member of McD Land spoke to me and knowing htat i have to service her, i dun wanna go back to work !

Challenges i welcome them...

But i dun see why i have to work with her as well. The case is not simple and it sounds complicated. I have other urgent work on hand which i can't seem to finish. The deadline i have to meet seems impossible. I know i cannot handle it.

I dread going to work.

I dread seeing that bitch's face.

Maybe that is why my cough never gets better.... I DUN WANNA GO BACK TO WORK !!!!

Why can't they just hire more staff instead of getting a manger ??? The ratio of managers vs staff ... sheeshh... it's like 1.5 : 1 How the hell do u expect us to service so many people ??

Taking over more work is a challenge... i willingly accept becoz it's under my group. But i dun wanna work with the BITCH !!!

Really... 1st impression counts ....
