Kick Fit is cool !!!!

Kick fit....fun !! cool !!! tiring !!! burns calories !!! whaahhaahhahaha :p
Enjoyed myself tonight. Getting my fist all wrapped up and geared in boxing gloves. Hehe... learnt the basic punches. Needed a bit of time to get the hang of the punches and the footwork techniques etc... Now my arms feel a bit wobbly again...lolx... so unfit !!!
It was fun.. but after a while u get tired but the trainer goes... "Gimme a 100% full punch!" So there u go... u've gotta give him a nice hard punch, with the nice loud clear sound when u punch against the padding... Shesshhh... Not very easy la.... coz nid to aim properly, use ur hips to turn, concentrate on footwork and use the knuckles to hit. *my knuckles are still very very red from the session !*
Kick fit is cool... it's juz another form of cardio + weight resistance. Learn quite a fair bit from the trainer today. Getting interested too... goshh... i'm really starting to like going to the gym. But ah... everything i like also nid money. Kick fit training sessions also nid money. -.-'''
Going for body combat or JCboxercise are grp classes... dun really learn the techniques. Of course whenever u have a 1-to-1 session u definitely learn more. The trainer told me all the kick fit trainers, majority of their clients are females. lolx... i guess coz all wanna lose weight and a bit of self-defence !!! It's different from PT... no nid machines... all from ur own energy and strength.
Session ended off with more push-ups and crunches.... maybe tt explains my wobbly arms. I still can't do sit-ups on the floor !!! my butt still hurts :(
haihhz.... money money money... i wanna go for more... but no money le.... shall wait a while more then decide again....
