An Apple a Day will Pulverise you Fat Away

The apple is one of nature's most nutritious fruit.
Containing a wholesome amount of Vit A and C that will help keep ur cholesterol levels down, apples are also full of fibre called pectin.
Studies have shown that pectin may reduce cholesterol as well as play a role in the prevention of certain cancers.
A little-known fact abt apples is that the fruit may prevent weight gain and actually aid in weight loss.
This is because pectin limits the amount of fat cells that the body can absorb.
Once the fibre is in your system, it has a water binding property that absorbs watery substances.
These watery substances will in turn bombard the cells and release fat deposits, thus pulverising the fat that accumulates on your cells.
Containing 0 fat and cholesterol, the apple not only reduces the waistline but the fruit helps to maintain a healthy body.

Hmmz...i have been eating apples...but shape seems to be same...
