10 no-diet secrets

From the book i borrowed from NLB... good book ^.^
  1. Don't deprive yourself- Treat yourself once a week (perhaps i over treat myself :p)
  2. Drink water, drink water, drink water (drink loadz...)
  3. Watch 10 mins of exercise a day change your face and your life (gym gym gym !!!)
  4. Schedule fitness appointments in writing each week (weekly sessions with Narin does the trick...hehe... well... i've been pretty disciplined abt this even w/o trainer sessions... hopfully it stays this way)
  5. Don't stop eating- Stop eating in front of the TV (trying my best... lolx)
  6. Pick an idol and let that person motivate you (my idols are way too perfect in my eyes... )
  7. Breathe consciously for 5 mins every day(nid to take note)
  8. Take 30 mins of private time each day(private time... i do have them.. but nid to be a bit quieter)
  9. Write yourself a love letter once a month(mission impossible)
  10. Stand up staight and tall(will try )
