10 no-diet secrets
From the book i borrowed from NLB... good book ^.^
- Don't deprive yourself- Treat yourself once a week (perhaps i over treat myself :p)
- Drink water, drink water, drink water (drink loadz...)
- Watch 10 mins of exercise a day change your face and your life (gym gym gym !!!)
- Schedule fitness appointments in writing each week (weekly sessions with Narin does the trick...hehe... well... i've been pretty disciplined abt this even w/o trainer sessions... hopfully it stays this way)
- Don't stop eating- Stop eating in front of the TV (trying my best... lolx)
- Pick an idol and let that person motivate you (my idols are way too perfect in my eyes... )
- Breathe consciously for 5 mins every day(nid to take note)
- Take 30 mins of private time each day(private time... i do have them.. but nid to be a bit quieter)
- Write yourself a love letter once a month(mission impossible)
- Stand up staight and tall(will try )
